Look for “HKEY_LOCAL_ MACHINE” on “Local Machine” and click it. In that space, key in ‘regedt32’, and then click “Ok.” If a EULA message appears asking for confirmation, choose “Yes.” When the option comes up in the menu, click “Run.”
